CPU and RAM upgrades are hot-resizable on most plans with a short reboot. Disk expansion may require a resize operation scheduled in the portal.
Unmanaged by default — you have root. Managed patching and monitoring is available as an add-on through sales for Business tier and above.
We notify at 80% and 100% of monthly transfer. Overages are $0.01/GB or you can bump to the next tier mid-cycle with prorated credit.
