- We may offer a refund in rare cases if we are unable to provide the service as ordered by the client..
- Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, policy violations, or fraud investigations.
Non-refundable items (common examples)
- Setup fees, one-time charges, labor/remote hands.
- Software license fees (e.g., Windows licensing) where applicable.
- Domain registrations and third-party products (if offered).
Proration
Prorated refunds are not offered for any services. Once a billing cycle has begun, no partial or unused service credits, refunds, or adjustments will be provided.
